Total Business Flexibility - Refreshed the Brand

It’s always better to work together than apart. That’s the basic principle of NW Flex Space. As customizable space to lease, NW Flex provides the perfect space for small and light manufacturers, distributors, artists, creators, contractors and storage. But as a brand, NW Flex Space was in need of a fresh coat of paint.

We responded with our own brand of flexibility, as we believe the brand drives the conversation. It was clear that NW Flex Space needed a creative refresh instead of a complete rebuild. With a strong foundation in place, 100SEVEN began by emphasizing the “X” in Flex as a recognizable brand icon and completed an update to their logo and brand standards.

Brand Elements

Delivering an impactful message began with the basics of communication – the words and the phrases. By updating the copy and modifying the layout, we delivered a refreshed web experience for visitors seeking to lease flex space.

The look and message extended throughout each property on-screen with electronic signage displays, and off-screen with new interior and exterior signage.

To fully implement the brand messaging, 100SEVEN was asked to manage all social media accounts for NW Flex Space. Through monthly calendars built around a social strategy, we created and managed the social conversation to help raise awareness of the benefits of flex space leasing.
