Campaign Goal
In the design and marketing business, clients are often transitory, engaging different agencies as their needs and goals change. That’s why it’s an honor and validation of 100SEVEN’s services when a former client returns for additional assistance with their business marketing.
Killer Burger was at a critical crossroads. The marketing vision had strayed from the founder’s original vision; the chain was preparing for rapid expansion; and they were months away from on-boarding a new President. That’s when they called 100SEVEN to help refresh the brand.
STRATEGY
Successful branding begins with a strategic plan. For Killer Burger, a strong foundation was already in place so the goal wasn’t to re-invent the brand, but to refresh the brand. The strategy began with a return to the original brand statement of ‘Commit to the Burger.’ This commitment to the core of the brand provided an opportunity to extend the message of commitment to other areas including quality, crew, and proprietary ingredients.

CREATIVE EXECUTION
A brand connects with its customers through the creative elements. We took a critical look at where the brand had strayed in the area of design, and helped define the proper look for moving forward. Through videos, print material, social media and web presence, 100SEVEN helped refine the brand to deliver the correct image and message to current fans and future customers.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Killer Burger customers are loyal and vocal about the brand, but this was not translating into online social media engagement. Through an effort to ‘humanize’ the brand with faces, customers, and behind-the scenes videos, Killer Burger enjoyed an almost immediate increase in followers and engagement across their social media accounts. 100SEVEN utilized both organic and paid social methods to bring new life to the Killer Burger social sites.

By closely partnering with Killer Burger’s corporate staff, 100SEVEN became an extension of the company, providing support for all day-to-day marketing needs to support operations. From menu boards and door vinyls, to printed menus and new store signage, no job is too large or too small. For a growing franchise chain, a critical focus is on introducing the brand promise to new markets. A solid grand opening plan became an important focus for 100SEVEN to support new corporate locations as well as franchise expansion in additional states.
